JANUARY 27, 2026 – Our favorite new venue is opening especially for our weekly mixer again this week, and we don’t think we could be more excited. We’ll see you at Tahoe Brew House, Tuesday, January 27 from 5:30 p.m.
Every Tuesday, Lake Tahoe Pride hosts a social mixer at a restaurant, brewery, bar, beach, or other welcoming venue around South Lake Tahoe. Our diverse weekly mixers are a way for LGBTQIA+ people above 6,000 feet to make connections, build community, and find an extra bright spot in the week.
Christa and Nicholas of Tahoe Brew House were so stoked to have us gather with them at the end of December, and we were immediately ready to return. Their establishment usually isn’t open Tuesdays but they want to open their space to our community just for our mixer.
True to its name, Tahoe Brew House is a real Tahoe cabin home turned small-batch brewhouse, complete with a fireplace and rustic ambience for days. They feature a small but mighty beer selection (a recent visitor reported a pilsner, hazy pale ale, west coast IPA, and a porter). Some NA options are also available!
So help us fill the place with good vibes and queer community. Plan to eat before or after the mixer, as the venue doesn’t serve food. Or better yet, bring a snack to enjoy or even to share with other attendees! Just make sure your contribution is simple to serve and doesn’t require cutlery, plates, or major cleanup.
We’ll also have some casual board and card games available to supplement those provided by the venue.
Feel free to bring a supportive friend or family member or just bring your authentic self.
In the spirit of solidarity, we extend a warm invitation to allies from all facets of our Lake Tahoe community, as well as visitors to the area.
Tahoe Brew House is located at 963 3rd Street in South Lake Tahoe.
TIP: This venue is dog-friendly! Bring your well-behaved pup if you wish! (Doggos, bring your well-behaved humans too!)
