SEPTEMBER 20, 2025 – Do you have pride in the amazing trails we have in Tahoe? Do you believe the outdoors are inclusively for everyone? Perhaps, this is the event for you!

Our local organizations (TAMBA, TRTA, Heavenly, and yours truly LTP) are joining forces to invite you to help build/maintain our local trails at our Annual Tahoe Pride Trail Day! Folks of all backgrounds and skill level are welcome to join us for a trail work day and a tailgate party afterward.

WHEN: September 20, 2025 from 9:00am – 2:00pm
WHERE: Heavenly Tram at Cal Lodge
WHAT: After a short orientation and safety talk, we’ll ride or hike up to the worksite. We will return to the parking lot for a tailgate party to celebrate our hard work and our community! Registration encouraged!

Outdoor recreation and trails should be accessible to all people, free from prejudice. All TRTA workdays and events are open to all LGBTQ+ backgrounds, identities, and allies. We especially encourage you to join us in celebration of love, diversity, and inclusion on this day.

PLEASE PREPARE BY:

Bringing:

–    Long-sleeved shirt and pants (required for participation)

–    Sturdy, close-toed shoes or boots (required for participation)

–    Eye protection/sunglasses

–    Weather-appropriate clothing (hat, sunscreen, rain jacket, etc.)

–    Daypack

–    2 – 3 liters of water

–    Lunch and snacks

–    Work gloves (optional -we have some if you don’t!)

We’ll bring:

–  Leadership, instruction, and enthusiasm!

–  Tools

– Gloves, hard hats, and eye protection
